teko777 reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment, or breach of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real-Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of teko777's KYC identity verification process. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger a KYC review if not previously completed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Cross-method withdrawals may be permitted at teko777's discretion.

Upon account closure initiated by teko777 for cause, any Real-Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of Bonus Funds and any voided winnings) will be returned to the verified payment method where possible. Accounts closed as a result of confirmed fraud or money laundering activity will not be eligible for balance return.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by contacting teko777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Real-Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the source payment method following KYC completion.
